Andrew Taitz is the chairman of GVW Group, LLC, which consists of the operating company Triz Engineering Services.

Triz provides remote or onsite engineering solutions for automotive, trucking, off-highway, construction, utility, and military vehicles’ major components, sub-systems and full vehicle platforms. Triz presents a high value, variable-cost alternative for companies that need immediate additional support resources to launch new products and resolve design issues.

Andrew Taitz was born in South Africa and later raised in Israel. Following service in the Israeli military and a career in the frozen foods industry in Johannesburg, South Africa, Taitz emigrated to the U.S. in 1990, pursuing new business ventures. Andrew Taitz settled in Chicago and started acquiring manufacturing firms during the recession of the 1980’s and 1990’s.
